Inheriting the Kingdom of God does not automatically come to every Christian. Walking in the power, dominion and authority of the Kingdom of Heaven requires removing anything in between you and the full power of Jesus working in your life.

While each of us are loved unconditionally by The Father, access to His secrets of Heaven and mysteries of the gospel comes with conditions. (I know…we seldom talk about this truth in our walks with the Lord!). But, it is true.

The Word is quite clear about what is required in order to truly access your inheritance. And remember, to inherit something means to access it while you are living. There is a wealth of knowledge, power, revelation and authority we are not accessing on a daily basis. I am absolutely committed to fully experiencing ALL the Lord has for each of us and the impact we are called to make upon the earth.

There is a blueprint that holds everything you need to succeed.

Wouldn’t it be nice to no longer have to figure out how the Lord intends you to bring forth your success? I mean waking up each and every morning and receiving the specific instruction for that day in a way that you do not have to fill in a single gap with your own understanding.

This is what is available to each and every one of us who is diligently pursuing the things of Jesus.

Whether you are called to business, ministry or both there is a way to access this heavenly blueprint that holds your step-by-step instruction to bringing forth the fullness of your calling. There is also a process to accessing this heavenly blueprint. I share all about it in this video teaching. I hope it blesses you as the revelation did when the Lord brought it to me. Enjoy!

Greetings! I was just sitting with a ministry client and she asked me if I ever feel a sense of urgency to get certain things done in my ministry and business.

My answer was a resounding, “Yes!”

I began to share about how there is a serious sense of urgency for the Lord to release what He has placed inside of her. And that there are people literally praying for someone to come and share the answers they have been praying for.

I can feel that this is also true for you.

I have noticed that this sense of urgency is increasing. It is literally pulling you into obedience in a way that can no longer be avoided.
It is no longer enough to know what the Lord has instructed you to do. You MUST operate at a new level of discipline to get it done.

I was reminded as I was working with another leader yesterday, that seeing things through to completion is a skill that we must train ourselves to master.

How do you move forward heeding the call that this sense of urgency is causing in your life?

Here are a few guidelines to help you. And I truly want to challenge you to complete those projects that you have begun, but not finished so you can get them in the hands of those for whom the Lord has intended.

1. Give yourself a specific timeline in which to finish your outstanding projects.

2. Schedule specific chunks of time to complete the projects.

3. No excuses. If the Lord is asking you to do something you have never done before, do the research to figure out how. Do an internet
search, get a book, work with a local librarian to find a resource. Do whatever you have to do to learn what you have to learn to make it happen.

4. Stop talking about what you are going to do and just do it. It takes up good energy to keep talking but never produce.

5. Share it with others. Once you complete the project, the work really begins. You now are fully responsible to get it into the hands of  those people whom you are called.

5. Celebrate! It is easy to just jump to the next incomplete project without taking a breath to celebrate your completion. Do something special for yourself to mark the obedience and discipline it required of you to carry out the Lord’s instruction.

But whatever you do, get it done.

The Lord literally told me that He was holding back my financial flow until I released all of what He has placed within me and shared it with others.

It is time! MOVE forward with a focus and concentration that surpasses anything you have ever done before and watch all of Heaven respond.

Do you remember doing something you didn’t quite think through when you were a teenager? I remember many times when my parents would say, “Ericka, you KNEW better!” In other words, they had already covered teaching me in that particular area and they were baffled that I did it anyway, knowing that I knew it wasn’t right.

Well, I had one of those experiences with the Lord the other day in my prayer time. I found myself doing something that I knew better than to do. I was focusing on “the stuff.” I was asking for Him to fulfill my prayers around earthly things. Oops! I KNEW better!

He lovingly corrected me and shared on what I should always remain focused that produces results without fail.  I share about this powerful reminder in this video. I pray that it blesses you like it blessed me. Enjoy!

Something has definitely shifted in the atmosphere with 2013! If you’re like me, you were SO glad to leave 2012 behind! It was an uncomfortable year of growing and positioning that left me feeling like I never got my rhythm. This year is a whole different story and I am so thankful!

Three years ago the Lord showed me how to activate His power to do the impossible. I was shocked to find out that there was a way to access the power of God to do the impossible on a daily basis. Until then, I thought the only way that I could access this power was through prayer.

I recently shared this at a speaking engagement the Lord entitled, “Impossible Faith.” The list of the impossible things God has done in my life skyrocketed after learning this from the Holy Spirit.

Yippee!!! Yahoo!!! I have been in a tremendous process of breaking through to new realms in the Lord and I just HAD to share this with you! It is the LAST thing that needed to be removed from me in order to fully access all He has for me.

Much to my surprise, it was not anything scriptural, or some deep revelation from the Heavenly realm. It was something in ME.
There was something huge inside of me that was keeping me tethered and was slowing me down.

I am beyond excited to know that I am on the other side of this “thing” and now moving in a whole new space in the Lord! I share about what the HUGE thing was and how the Lord showed me to leave it behind once and for all!

Perhaps like me you have been taught for years and years that in order to Jesus to fully use you, you must become nothing. You know the saying, “Use me, Lord. Less of me and more of you?” Well, I recently found out the truth about this – and I have been WRONG all these years!!!!

I absolutely LOVE learning and teaching the Truth of the scripture and i share a teaching that may just short circuit any remaining lack and limitation in your life, ministry and business!

I wanted to share a quick Word from the Lord for you:

This is the time when the things you have been praying for are coming to pass. Although you have been toiling and praying for them for years, they will come quickly in this season.

They will appear to come with little or no effort, but that is not the case at all.

All of the hours you have spent in His presence getting cleaned out so you can carry His glory are about to pay off!

All of the prayers… The resources… The relationships you have been asking for to help you build your vision…

They are all going to be manifesting in the days to come.

The Lord has been stirring stuff up in the lives of His Beloved so you can easily identify the areas that are “off” and work on getting them into obedience.

He is also elevating His ordained love relationships. This means that if you are married to the person He has called you to be with, He is placing a deeper passion, love and desire to support and connect with them in new ways that you haven’t experienced before.

The other side of this is that if you are with someone the Lord has not preordained you to be with, he is also stirring your relationship up in ways that do not feel or look good. It can actually be a tough time for you.

Know that He will lead and guide you, but you should spend the time in His presence so He can clearly communicate with and share what He has called of you in every area of your life.

Your hunger for Him and the deeper things of Heaven are opening up like never before. This means that you will have to figure out ways to make more space in your schedule to spend more intimate time with Jesus.

And He is renewing your weariness. You have been doing what He has called you to do and may be questioning it because it does not seem to be coming together like you thought it would.

Keep doing what He has called you to do. He is going to renew your vigor, energy and excitement.

And, rest. Remember to get some sleep as He is desiring to pour revelation, wisdom and understanding into you and He sometimes can do His best work when you are sleeping.

So, give into that urge to just get some sweet sleep.

He is bringing new partnerships so things can move forward in the area of your vision with the ease you have been praying for.

He is calling forth the teachers of His truth like never before.

If it feels like you are bursting at the seams to get out the message He has placed inside of you, go ahead and allow yourself to burst so He can release all that you have been holding in.

Remember, He always sends you out before you think you are fully ready. So…as always…Jesus is right on time.

I am hearing the words “Integrity and Order.”

So, any areas in which the Lord has been working on you to get in order and line up with His will, do not hesitate to do whatever it takes to get those things in line with what you already know to do. You will know the moment you are aligned with His will and it will feel magnificent!

Lastly, as the world looks like it is going crazy. With politicians saying absolutely scathing things about one another; as the earth quakes underneath countries, as the water rises and causes people to uproot their lives and as darkness seems to be gaining ground, remember, you, as a Child of the Light are also gaining ground and have been positioned for such a time as this.

The Lord will begin to use you in mighty and miraculous ways.

Allow Him to work through you even when you feel like you don’t have a clue. He will lead your every step.

Be strengthened and know that every day is about to be your best day. The Lord is about to BLOW your mind with all the
goodness and provision He is pouring into your life.

Elevate your prayers to ask Him to show you how to flow in His works and how to move at these new levels. He is just waiting for you to ask. And be READY for His answer…it will knock your socks off.

I pray that this Word has blessed you and will help you stay the course that may have looked a bit crazy up until now.
