Greetings,
 There is a group of people who the Lord
has assigned to you. They are waiting to hear His voice through you and your
testimony. I call this group of people your flock.
Yet, I am always surprised at how many ministers really have not identified
their flock. There is a continuum of ministry and you must know where you are in
the continuum, because this is how you identify your flock.
Here is a mini-teaching on how to identify your flock so your ministry can flow
forward and your message can get into the hands of those the Lord has set aside
for you.

Here
are some tips to help you continue growing your ministry outside of the local
church:
As a Kingdom Minister, it is critical that you develop
tools and resources to keep your flock empowered and moving forward.

Pick three from the following list of tools to create:
Book or eBook
Teleclass Series (record it, of course)
DVD
CD Set
Online Training Video
Live Training Event
Bible Study Series
Daily Devotionals
Journal
Membership Site
-
Prioritize which tools will take the least amount of time to create with the
least amount of overhead.

Set aside specific time every day to complete your tools until they are
complete.

Greetings,
 What are your waiting for? It is time to
release the message the Lord has placed within you to transform and elevate
lives.
All-too-often, I hear ministers who are waiting on “a covering” or permission
from another person to officially release them into ministry.
You are already covered and released.
You are already covered by the fact that you have been preordained to release
the message the Lord has placed within you. The man-made concept of waiting for
another person’s approval are traditions of men and rudiments of the world,
which are not after Christ (Colossians 2:8).
The Word tells us not to take the covering of another man in Isaiah 30:1
(Woe to
the rebellious children, saith the Lord, that take counsel, but not of me; and
that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin…”)
You are already covered by the Holy Spirit.
Authorization to move in the things of Jesus can only come from Him, not from
another person. You will never be punished for following the Holy Spirit.
If you have been waiting for a Pastor or another Minister to give you their
blessing or permission, you don’t have to wait anymore.
You have been preordained since before you were in your mother’s womb.
I do strongly believe in accountability as a Minister and the Lord will send the
person He has chosen with whom you are to share accountability, go to for
advice, and keep you trained in the revelation and truth of the Lord. This
person should only be a confirmation to the instruction you have already
received directly from the Lord.
Remember, someone operating in the role of a Pastor is not graced to train up,
equip and send out ministers into the Body of Christ. This is the role of
someone operating in the office of Apostle. And this goes beyond having the
title of “Apostle.” They must be a secure individual who has done their
self-work and is clear about their role in the Kingdom of God.
You must be careful not to give more control to another person in regards to
your ministry than you do to Jesus.
The Apostle the Lord sends you should be led by the Spirit and in alignment with
what you are hearing from the Holy Spirit. The Word tells us that in the
multitude of counselors there is safety (Proverbs 11:14).
Make sure that the name of the counselor(s) in which you should confide or take
advice is given to you by the Lord. Also make sure that they are led of Jesus
and the Holy Spirit.
The Lord will let you know the timing He has set aside for your ministry. Here
are some steps to guide you along the way:

Go to the Lord and ask Him the necessary inner-work you will need to fully
prepare for your ministry.

Increase the amount of time you are spending in His presence.
-
Make sure your heart has been fully purified (which is beyond forgiveness)
and your spirit and soul have been cleansed of all unclean spirits and the works
of the flesh.

Keep a running list of the questions you have for the Lord. Ask Him your
questions and sit still long enough to receive His revelation and answers.

Continue to study more deeply, remove any remaining self-esteem issues, make
shifts in your habits and do whatever is necessary to launch your ministry and
be a pure vessel for the works of Jesus.
You will feel a release and sense of urgency in your spirit when it is time to
share His message in larger and larger numbers.
