Greetings,
The
Word does not tell us to pray for the healing of others. It says to heal the
sick (see Matthew 10:8).
If
praying for people to be healed is not scriptural, then why do so many
Christians keep praying for The Father to heal people instead of being a vessel
for their healing?
I believe this happens because of a lack of understanding of the healing power
in the name of Jesus. We have come to believe that healing is a gift limited to
just a few.
This is not true. Healing is something that you and every single
Christian has full access to in Jesus’ name. But, how do you walk in it? How to
you appropriate this power?
I have witnessed the Lord heal me from everything from chronic lower back pain,
knee pain, very painful female issues, severe urinary tract infection, hair
loss, allergies, damaged finger nails, and the list goes on and on…all because
He taught me how to access and command the healing that is inherent in His name.
Here is a mini-teaching that reminds you of this truth and teaches on the
scripture from which this misunderstanding has stemmed. Here’s to walking in
the full power, dominion and authority you have been granted through Jesus!
Enjoy!
In His Love,
Ericka

Eliminating Time-Stealers
Your time is one of the most special gifts that you receive from the Lord.
As
ministers, it cannot be squandered and must be used efficiently and in a way
that makes a daily impact in the Kingdom of God.
Here are a few of the things that are stealing your time and how to deal with
them:
-
The
telephone. Stop picking up the phone outside of scheduled appointments
(unless the Holy Spirit is leading you).
People assume that if you answer, you are available. Set up appointments
with those who desire to connect with you. Turn off your ringer during times
of completing projects, writing and time with the Lord.
-
Email. This
is one of the greatest time-stealers of all. Turn off all notifications – no
bells or pop-up windows. Designate times each day to check email two or three
times throughout the day. Send all outgoing emails before you read your
incoming email.
-
Unanticipated Ministry Needs. While you are to be ready in season and out of
season with a Word from the Lord, managing the unanticipated ministry needs
of your flock can be a challenge. Do whatever it takes to feel energized and
renewed on a daily basis. Don’t allow others to drain you and pull on your time and energy.
Don't allow others to put you in the position in which they should be putting
Jesus for insight, guidance and answers.

Greetings,
“And God blessed them, and God said unto
them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it; and
have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over
every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” – Genesis 1:28.
DOMINATE.
This is a word that makes a lot of people nervous, yet it is what the Lord
expects you to do in your area of calling. You are to be a major influencer
everywhere you go.
One of the things that disturbs me is to see and feel the immense pain and
insecurity so many Christians are carrying. This insecurity and inadequacy
leaves us hesitating to walk in the fullness of the power, dominion and
authority in which you have been created to operate.
It is easy to confuse meekness with weakness. These are not the same thing. To
be meek means to be humble in the immense gifting, power and authority Jesus has
delegated to you. To be meek means to be clear about all your life experience
has to offer your walk with the Lord and to give everything you have been given
to the Kingdom of God. It also means realizing that you can do nothing without
Christ, and everything with Him.
It is time to release anything that is holding you back from being a major
influence and dominating force in every area of your life. You can do this
without speaking a single word. When you walk in the power of the Lord with no
holding back, the world takes notice and you do not have to draw attention to
yourself, the Lord will draw men unto you because you are representing Him and
lifting His name up.
Here are some steps to guide you in walking in your dominance:
-
Identify what is keeping you from
expressing the full power of Jesus in your life. What makes you feel
less-than, inadequate and insecure?
-
Identify the lies from your past
that you have come to believe to be true. These are agreements you have
unknowingly made with Satan and they must be identified and broken or else
you are giving Satan legal spiritual right to wreak havoc in your life. Have
you been struggling with not feeling like you are enough, worthy of the
best, or deserving of the immense blessings of the Lord? It’s time to tell
the truth about what you are thinking in the privacy of your thoughts. After
all, what you truly believe is what shows up in your world.
-
Identify which unclean spirit is
present and producing the fruit of doubt, insecurity and inferiority. Cast
these out by speaking directly to them and commanding them to leave your
mind, body and spirit in the name of Jesus.
-
Replace the lying and limiting
beliefs with truth from the scripture and say these things out loud as often
as possible throughout the day until your mind lines up with the Truth.
-
Don’t hold back or apologize for
walking in the power of Jesus within you. Allow His voice to lead you at all
times so you remain in full submission to His will in your life.
-
If you are still carrying
insecurities, get help! As a leader, your insecurity actually poses a
limitation for those you have been called to influence and it does them a
disservice. This is not of Jesus and it must be dealt with immediately.
Enjoy!
Love,
Ericka
