Ericka’s deep hunger and mission to be a space for transformation in diversity, equity and inclusion began as she grew up in Olympia, Washington being racially bullied throughout elementary school.
At the age of 17, she made a commitment to be a part of the solution after her college professor made a racist comment and out of the 400 students in the lecture hall, called on her to confirm his racist statement. She was caught off guard and said nothing. She has been working to bridge racial divides ever since.
She is the Founder of The Convergence Center, a world-class training & development organization, and The Alliance, the premiere training organization for Businesswomen. She brings more than 25 years of training experience with leaders to her work with organizations to guide them in implementing diversity, equity and inclusion.
She is the founder of The Diversity Collaborative, a team of trained Diversity Strategists that lead organizations and companies through her proprietary model of implementation.
She is the author of six books, including Beyond Fearless: How to Remove Every Hindrance From Your Life and The Fearless Living Challenge and has created a prolific library of courses, eBooks, certifications, proprietary training models, and resources.
