Before another day passes, I wanted to take a moment to reach out and see how your racial diversity implementation efforts are going since we came together for the Together We Are Better workshops last year.
I apologize for not reaching out sooner. I have been very busy making some shifts in my business and working alongside with organizations to help them be strategic in implementing their hearts for racial diversity.
I have really been pondering what true transformation will look like and I am more clear than ever that this racial transformation must come from the Body of Christ and the world will follow.
I wanted to check-in and see how your racial diversity implementation is coming along.
